The idea of Father’s Day was created by Sonora Smart Dodd who was raised by her father. In 1924 President Calvin Coolidge proclaimed the third Sunday in June as Father's Day. At a Father's day party red roses to be worn for a living father and white if the father has died.
As you start planning for father’s day make sure you have a party favor in mind to give the guests as appreciation. You can have engraved bracelets, necklaces or key chains. As decorations you can have imprinted balloons that say “#1 dad” or “Happy Father’s day”. Get creative and have many party supplies. The Fathers Day Holiday can be celebrated with themed colors,
invitations, balloons, decorations and party
supplies.
