Create bright and bold festive handmade decorations for a Cinco de Mayo celebration! Let's begin with the table. Use either color paper placemats or 11"x17" stock paper for placemats. Let dry for 24 hours. Repeat the process twice, but use colorful tissue paper for the final layer. Glue bright streamers to the piņata. Create a small flap at the top to insert candy and small toys. Poke two holes near the top. Run a strong cord between the two holes to hang the piņata.
